With investors and entrepreneurs already showing interest in Billhorner Bückenstrasse, the ultimate capitalist idea emerges. Covering the entire junction with sediments and reinforced concrete provides the developer an uninterrupted new site.

Pushing the profits to the extreme, every square meter is efficiently utilized. Economic interests overrule all architectural principles and human scale is obliterated. Through a bureaucratic loophole the architecture is allowed to sprout: transforming an existing building in to a historical archive. Inside the people are exposed to the original site.

Finally, capitalism stands in it’s true form: an Ouboros eating it’s own tail.
